What does donating faction to your guild help achieve? - Guild Wars Forums

Gives their alliance a higher rating in their faction.
If your sum of faction is high enough, you'll gain control over an outpost.

erm, well ONE guild on its own is never going to hope to control any outposts.

BUT, if you have ALOT of FAction then this might make you more apealing to an alliance looking to sign you up.

Otherwise, your best of getting jadite and making lots of money
